• Design, implement, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Develop new features based on technical and business requirements with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers, QA engineers, and Dev Ops teams to deliver robust, reliable solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, optimize existing systems, and debug issues to maintain high-quality codebases.
• Continuously improve backend architecture, documentation, and system performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot (REST APIs, dependency injection, configuration).
• Experience with ORM frameworks like Hibernate or JPA and strong knowledge of SQL with databases such as Postgre
  
  SQL or MySQL.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Independent, well-organized, and effective at task management.
• Great communication and team collaboration skills.
• Eagerness to learn new tools and adapt to evolving technologies.
• Commitment to producing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
