Your responsibilities
  • You encourage and challenge your employees and actively support them in their personal development.
  • You will work closely together with the product owner, the software architect and the whole team to create meaningful impact.
  • Approximately 60% of your work is hands‑on:
    You will develop key components, help shape architectural decisions, and ensure code quality and technical direction within the team.
  • You ensure that our customer service processes are as efficient and effective as possible without compromising customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years software development experience
  • Exhibit strong leadership and empathy while thriving with diverse personalities and cultural backgrounds
  • Committed to agile principles while able to translate business processes into robust, automated and scalable solutions
  • Entrepreneurial, customer‑oriented mindset and highly motivated to deepen expertise in customer services
  • Positive charisma, natural motivation, motivates teams, foster psychological safety
  • Professional in some of C#, .NET, MS‑SQL, React and Type Script – open and eager to quickly adapt to any required technologies for the role
  • Experienced in cloud & distributed systems
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and effectiveness
  • The capacity to adapt to ongoing changes in the work environment
