Die Rolle umfasst die Unterstützung im Alltag sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit einem multiprofessionellen Team zur Gestaltung der individuellen Pflege. Voraussetzung ist ein Bachelorstudium an der zhaw im Departement Soziale Arbeit und eine hohe soziale Kompetenz. Eine professionelle Begleitung während des Praktikums wird garantiert.
