Location: Zürich
Eine soziale Einrichtung in Zürich sucht eine:n Sozialpädagog:in, Sozialarbeiter:in oder Pflegefachperson für 40-60% zur Unterstützung des Teams. Die Hauptverantwortung liegt in der Betreuung von Klient:innen, Dokumentation und der Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen. Wichtig sind eine Ausbildung in Sozialpädagogik oder Sozialer Arbeit, Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Menschen mit Suchterkrankungen sowie gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Microsoft Office.
