Our client, an international distributor of premium Korean and global skincare brands, is scaling rapidly and is seeking Senior-Level Strategic Beauty Sales Consultants to commercially own and grow high-value B2B territories.

This opportunity is designed for professionals who already know how to open doors, build buyer trust, and convert commercial conversations into revenue.
About the OpportunityThis role is offered on a self-employed contractor basis and operates as a commercial engagement
.
You will take ownership of defined B2B territories and be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing wholesale accounts across premium retail and distribution channels, including:
- Premium beauty retailers
- Pharmacies and clinics
- Distributors and buying groups
You will operate with a high degree of autonomy and commercial accountability, representing premium skincare brands with credibility and professionalism.
Role Structure & RemunerationRemuneration is performance-based and paid per successful wholesale order or deal closed

A formal commercial review will take place at 3–6 months or upon achieving agreed sales milestones, with the potential to transition to a base + performance-based structure

- Have proven B2B sales experience in beauty, skincare, luxury retail, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals
- Have personally opened new accounts (not only managed existing ones)
- Are confident in pitching to senior buyers and decision‑makers
- Are commercially sharp, outcome‑driven, and self‑directed
- Prefer autonomy over micromanagement
- Are motivated by performance‑led reward rather than fixed structures
- Multilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Languages of particular interest include Korean, French, Italian, German, Swiss, Spanish, and Arabic
. - Existing buyer, distributor, or retail networks within beauty or luxury retail will be considered a strong advantage.
