The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, growing team in Zurich and play a pivotal role in establishing our B2B presence in the Swiss market. You will be working with Easy Park, one of Arrive’s flagship brands and a leading provider of digital parking and mobility solutions. As a Junior Account Executive, you’ll have full ownership of the sales cycle, a clear career path, and the chance to make a lasting impact.

We’re looking for someone who is ready to take the next step in their sales career. You will be part of a foundational team, with a strong international network of support, coaching, and a clear development plan to help you succeed. This role reports into the local sales leadership and works closely with the broader European mobility teams; your resilience and determination will be key as you become a critical part of our growth story.

How

To Make An Impact
  • Actively sell, negotiate, and quote Easy Park’s B2B solutions while providing proactive follow‑up and account support.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to drive long‑term growth and partnership.
  • Plan and execute a high volume of daily sales calls, consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records to ensure data quality and seamless pipeline management.
  • Take full commercial responsibility for customer deals, ensuring high‑quality and successful outcomes.

Background
  • Previous professional sales experience is required, ideally within a B2B environment.
  • Goal‑oriented mindset with a proven drive to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong active listening, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English & French or English & German.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently while remaining a dedicated team player.
