Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the regional champion and commercial owner for your geography, driving all MSP portfolio growth and setting the standard for partner engagement.
  • Operate with a strong hunter mentality, proactively identifying, targeting, and acquiring new MSP/MSSP partners to accelerate regional expansion.
  • Collaborate with the wider Check Point sales organisation—including field sales, channel managers, SEs, and marketing—to align strategies, drive joint execution, and maximise partner success.
  • Work closely with distribution to identify, recruit, and prioritise high‑potential MSP partners and build a scalable ecosystem.
  • Recruit, activate, and onboard new partners with a high‑impact, growth‑focused approach, in partnership with the MSP recruitment and enablement teams.
  • Drive aggressive growth across the full MSP portfolio, consistently achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Build, strengthen, and grow strategic partner relationships at all levels to maximise pipeline creation, portfolio adoption, and long‑term success.
  • Develop and execute regional business and growth plans that combine sales motions, enablement, GTM programs, and co‑selling strategies.
  • Increase MSP portfolio visibility through joint marketing initiatives, campaigns, and partner‑led GTM activities.
  • Serve as the MSP portfolio expert for your region, providing commercial guidance, strategic coaching, and competitive insights.
  • Act as the key escalation point for partners within your region, ensuring a seamless experience and sustained growth.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in MSP/MSSP sales, SaaS, or subscription‑based products.
  • Deep understanding of MSP/MSSP business models and what drives them.
  • Proven track record of building and growing partner relationships.
  • Experience in IT, cybersecurity, and preferably email security.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker who can execute and drive results.
  • High‑energy, adaptable, and results‑driven.
  • Technical cybersecurity knowledge is a plus
