The Role

Are you a driven, determined, and energetic German‑speaking Sales Executive SMB who thrives on building connections and closing deals? Do you love the thrill of transforming a “maybe” into a “yes”? If so, we want you on our team.

At Perk, we’re revolutionising how companies manage business travel and we’re growing fast in the DACH market. As an Account Executive, you’ll play a critical role in that growth. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll work closely with a high‑performing, international sales team to bring our innovative solution to organisations that are ready for a better way to book, manage, and optimise their business travel.

What will you be doing?
  • Managing a mix of inbound and outbound leads across the DACH region, with the support of our marketing and sales development teams.

  • Running impactful, solution‑focused product demos and taking ownership of the full sales cycle through to close.

  • Understanding the needs and pain points of prospects, and communicating how Perk adds real value to their business.

  • Keeping your pipeline organised and up‑to‑date in Salesforce, ensuring clear visibility and strong forecasting.

  • Collaborating with Marketing to boost brand awareness and refine our lead qualification process.

  • Engaging confidently with stakeholders at all levels – from Office Managers to CFOs – to demonstrate the Perk value proposition.

  • Becoming a product expert on Perk and staying sharp as we continuously roll out new features and improvements.

What will you need to succeed?
  • Native‑level German and high fluency in English – essential for connecting with our DACH customers. French language skills are a huge plus.

  • Proven success in a sales‑driven role, especially in a phone‑based environment with a strong focus on prospecting and hunting.

  • Solid understanding of B2B solution selling, ideally within a short sales cycle model.

  • Tenacity, resilience, and a results‑driven mindset – you don’t stop until the job is done.

  • A strong team player who also thrives when working independently.

  • A true customer‑first attitude and a passion for solving problems.

  • Legal authorization to work in Switzerland.
