About the role
The Head of Sales will shape and lead our global sales strategy and operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience across our diverse market. Your focus will be on end‑to‑end sales execution, coaching a high‑performing team, and providing strategic insights that influence product and technology roadmaps.
Responsibilities- Strategic
# Build and maintain relationships with resellers, integrators, and key enterprise channels. Collaborate cross‑functionally to analyse market signals, influence pricing, positioning, and GTM strategy, and optimise resource allocation across geographies. - Tactical
# Continuously improve the sales process, including automation, collateral, and team development. Coordinate the end‑to‑end experience with Growth, Product, and Tech teams. Lead Customer Success to identify upselling opportunities, manage renewals, and align sales and CS teams. - Operational
# Own the sales pipeline, test and implement new tactics to drive growth, and partner with C‑suite stakeholders to deliver tailored enterprise solutions. Build deep product expertise to act as a trusted advisor and represent the company at industry events.
- 8+ years of sales experience, with a minimum of 3+ years in a leadership role (preferably SaaS/technology).
- Fluent in professional German (written and spoken).
- Proven enterprise sales record covering developers to large government organisations.
- Track record of creating and scaling sales strategies and operations.
- Experience leading Customer Success or Sales teams, focusing on upselling, retention, and customer experience.
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to confidently represent the product to customers.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and share valuable market insights.
- Proactive, data‑driven decision‑making and continuous optimisation of sales performance.
We are looking for a candidate who is currently located in or willing to relocate to Switzerland. The company does not offer visa/permit support for this position.
