Position TitleSales Representative – MILLET, German‑speaking Switzerland (Full‑time)
Responsibilities- Prepare and implement the Go To Market strategy.
- Present and sell our collections (Apparel, equipment, shoes/backpacks, sleeping bags).
- Develop the customer portfolio through active prospecting.
- Propose and lead commercial operations.
- Optimize product visibility at points of sale and promote sell‑out.
- Ensure commercial, administrative and financial follow‑up of your sector, collaborating with customer service at the head office.
- Ensure the follow‑up of sales (financing, compliance with delivery deadlines, inventory management).
- Ensure and guarantee compliance with commercial and financial conditions.
- Ensure the monitoring and feedback of information from the field internally.
- Carry out weekly activity reports:
- Track and analyse season sales.
- Prepare sales forecasts and monitor annual zone objectives.
- Provide product training to customers in the dedicated area.
• A higher education is required, with a strong passion for mountain/outdoor sports (products and their distribution).
• Minimum of four years of independent commercial sector management, ideally in sports or consumer goods within a specialised distribution network.
• Mastery of sales techniques, combined with excellent listening skills and a customer‑service mindset to deliver the expected service to customers.
Desired Skills & Attributes• Autonomy, organisation and method are essential for success.
• A collaborative, constructive and positive attitude is required for integration into the team and relations with central services.
• Knowledge of the economic and distribution networks in the sports/outdoor sector within the geographical area.
• German native or bilingual; good level of English essential;
French knowledge is a plus.
• Practical experience or strong sensitivity to outdoor sports such as trail running or hiking.
