As a Field Force Representative, you are the operational executor of the retail and channel marketing strategy at the point of sale (POS). You ensure that campaigns, placements, and brand standards are implemented exactly as defined in collaboration with the Retail & Channel Marketing team.

• Implementation of retail and channel marketing activities at the POS
• Visiting all retail locations according to a defined schedule
• (at least once every 6 weeks)
• Ensuring correct execution of promotions, promotional areas, and product placements
• Merchandising and product placement in line with marketing guidelines
• Conducting training sessions for retail sales staff
• Live reporting of all activities and POS implementations via the field force app
• Close collaboration with the Retail & Channel Marketing Manager
• Providing feedback and insights on market, competition, and POS conditions

• Experience in retail, POS, or field force environments is an advantage
• Native-level French; good understanding of German and English
• Additional languages are a plus:
  Portuguese, Albanian, Spanish, Serbian, Croatian
• Understanding of retail campaigns and brand presentation
• Independent, reliable, and willing to travel
• Valid Category B driving license is mandatory
