We are looking for a Boutique Manager who leads and develops our boutique in Zurich
, Bahnhofstraße
.

As the Boutique Manager, you will play a key role in upholding Christian Dior Couture’s standards of excellence, driving sales, and ensuring the overall success of the Zurich boutique. You will lead a team of passionate professionals, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the unique identity of Christian Dior in every aspect of the boutique's operations. Moreover, you closely collaborate with several teams like Buying, CRM, Visual Merchandising, HR and Training to ensure Boutique development.

Tasks

& Responsibilities People & Team Management
  • Implement a development plan for the succession and retention of key talents
  • Recruit, train, coach and motivate a high‑performing team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging team members to embody the values of Christian Dior
  • Promote the development of the team’s sales and management skills
  • Annual evaluation of the entire team based on a variety of criteria
Business & Sales Development
  • Drive activity using KPIs to reach boutique targets
  • Develop strategies to support efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor sales reports and merchandise needs to ensure proper stock levels and oversee window displays, maintaining high standards for in‑store merchandising
  • Work closely with Retail Director and Head Office departments on sales, events, trunk shows and team management
  • Provide regular reports and analysis to initiate actions that increase business
Clienteling
  • Ensure the boutique continuously gains new client acquisition while elevating the loyal base
  • Develop and maintain a qualitative customer network, act as brand ambassador, coordinate in‑store events and participate in local events outside the boutique
  • Analyze and optimize customer management and CRM
Retail Operations
  • Ensure compliance with Retail ops processes
  • Oversee adherence to company policies, procedures and inventories
  • Control back‑office organization and optimize stock levels
Floor Management
  • Ensure the boutique floor is always covered so clients feel welcomed
Profile
  • 10+ years’ experience in luxury retail or a comparable field in a management position
  • Qualitative and in‑depth understanding of local current and potential customers
  • Experience working with financial reports and budgets, as well as with KPIs and developing action plans based on them
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication skills, strong service consciousness and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Deep understanding and appreciation for the luxury fashion industry, the retail environment, a commercial mindset and business‑driven thinking
  • Fluent in German and English; another language is a plus
