Quality Control Coordinator

Worldwide (currently in Romania)

• Support the implementation of the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) activities within the project.
• Assist the Project Quality Manager (PQM) / Quality Control Manager (QCM) in supervising project Quality Control activities.
• Report QC information and data to PQM/QCM in line with corporate guidelines.
• Act as focal point for all QC matters within the project and liaise with external entities.
• Plan and allocate QC Supervisors, Inspectors and vessel PTS manning, ensuring coordination of personnel.
• Review Quality Control Plans, verify that tests, controls and inspections are carried out according to plans and procedures.
• Ensure that QC equipment, instruments and procedures on board vessels meet reference vessel and contract requirements.
• Perform BC QC equipment inventory before demobilisation, identify anomalies and report to PQM.
• Verify correct storage, handling, traceability and preservation of Project Materials and compliance with certification requirements.
• Ensure the implementation of inspection, control and test notification processes and the orderly collection of supporting documents.
• Confirm that contractors perform tests, controls and inspections in accordance with QC plans.
• Support the PQM/QCM in interfacing with the client and third parties.
• Ensure training of site personnel on QC topics and correct application of QC tools.
• Identify and record non-conformities, implement corrective actions and verify their closure.
• Collect and analyse QC data to support the Project Quality Management Review.
• Support the PQM/QCM in the management of the lessons‑learned process and prepare the final QC dossier in compliance with the As‑Built Dossier Index.

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in fabrication / construction processes.
• Minimum 10 years of experience coordinating a team of Inspectors.
• Experience with platform installation / Hook Up activities.
• Certifications:
  
  CSWIP 3.2, AWS QC1, PCN welding inspector level 3, IIW – CWI‑C (QCC), NACE 2 or FROSIO 3.

• Contract duration until 31.12.2026 (subject to extension based on company needs).
