We are currently looking for a Brand Engagement Deployment Lead in Zurich, Switzerland.
In this position you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of the Brand Engagement Strategy. It involves the planning, coordination, execution, and supervision of brand engagement initiatives across the consumer journey. The primary objective is to ensure the flawless delivery of brand experiences in line with the company’s strategic targets.
More specifically, you will- Lead the planning, execution, and supervision of Brand Engagement (BE) programs, ensuring alignment with brand strategy to improve image, drive consumer advocacy, and increase awareness.
- Deploy engagement concepts within budget parameters, creating sustainable consumer demand that aligns with the company’s annual and long-term business objectives.
- Ensure excellence in execution by delivering the right materials to the right locations on time, while efficiently prioritizing activities and resources to maintain the highest standard of brand communication across all touchpoints.
- Cultivate a collaborative working environment with internal partners, including BE, Commercial Operations, and Brand Marketing teams or other necessary partners, to achieve aligned objectives.
- Support Manager in collaboration with local brand marketing teams to drive successful initiatives, share key findings, and accelerate go-to-market timelines.
- Regularly review and communicate local consumer trends and insights with internal teams to inform strategy and execution.
- Serve as the primary PM point of contact for external partners, including hostesses, Event-Operation managers, and business partners, within the BE scope.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with national business partners to drive innovation and outstanding concept execution from both creative and operational perspectives.
- Oversee project scope negotiations and budget management with external partners to ensure efficient execution of BE activities.
- Guide and steer external agencies and business partners to ensure seamless project execution aligned with the brand strategy.
- Lead national collaboration efforts with the BE field force, ensuring optimal in-market execution of engagement activities within the assigned scope
- Recruit, mentor, and oversee external agency personnel (e.g., promoters, hostesses) to ensure the highest standards of brand engagement excellence.
- Ensure that BE field force personnel are thoroughly trained in brand positioning, key messaging, and promotional activations.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of field marketing activities on a regional and national scale, ensuring outstanding execution.
- Consolidate and share key insights, know-how and findings across the team to continuously improve the brand experience and execution efficiency.
- Ensure that all brand engagement activities and partnerships align with local legislation and PMI’s corporate policies and guidelines, fostering ethical, sustainable business growth for the brand and company.
- Experience in live & experiential marketing, i.e. festivals, events and/or Sales experience in FMCG/PMI or agencies
- A well‑developed network in engagement and collaboration community
- Established & sustainable relationship to the nightlife & entertainment industry (event & festival promoters, DJs, club owners, artists, etc.) as well as with key customers.
- Negotiation & budgeting skills
- Strong project & deployment management skills
- Resilience, hands‑on mindset and problem‑solving attitude.
- Creative thinking and drive for innovation
- Full proficiency in English and German;
French is an advantage. - Travel ~80% domestic
