As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you’ll work with a portfolio of new clients to help them build and optimize their first online advertising campaigns. You’ll act as a trusted consultant, guiding businesses to success through impactful Google Ads strategies.

• Develop and manage PPC campaigns for new clients
• Detect customer needs and objectives, ensuring campaign success
• Upsell and grow client investment while boosting sustainability
• Work in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment

• German at C2 level + high level of English
• 1–2 years experience in sales and/or online advertising (a big plus if it’s digital marketing!)
• Strong communication, analytical and time‑management skills
• BA/BS degree or equivalent (Marketing/Communications a plus)

• Live and work in Barcelona, with an office by the sea (World Trade Center!)
• Full‑time, permanent contract Monday to Friday
• Salary: 23.876 gross/year + up to 3.408 bonus/year
• Hybrid working model
• Relocation support + 2 months of hotel accommodation fully covered by the company
