Now that we’ve covered the company side, let’s get to the point: our Marketing team needs your support!

You will work directly on our content, ensuring it is visible, easy to understand, and relevant. You will implement content independently – from the first revision through to publication and ongoing optimization.

• You create, revise, and update guide, comparison, and decision-making content
• You optimise texts, structure, internal linking, and metadata to improve discoverability
• You publish content in the CMS (e.g. Storyblok), structure it, and keep it up to date
• You turn ideas, briefings, and analyses directly into concrete content
• You continuously improve existing and external content
• You contribute to new landing pages, content formats, and topics

• Initial experience or training in content, SEO, online marketing, or journalism
• Enjoyment of creating, structuring, and optimising content independently
• Interest in search engines, user needs, and digital products
• A careful, reliable way of working and a high level of initiative
• Motivation to take responsibility for your content
• Fluent German and English (spoken and written); knowledge of French and Italian is a plus

As a (Junior) SEO & Content Manager, you will work on one of Switzerland’s most widely used digital platforms and actively shape the content our users see. You will create and optimize content yourself and directly see how your work impacts reach, visibility, and usage. You will work in an environment with flat hierarchies, fast decision-making, and a culture of transparency, respect, and trust.
