Sie leiten Trainings und Coachings, treiben Verbesserungsprogramme voran und begleiten Optimierungsprojekte in der Produktion. Der ideale Kandidat bringt 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Konsumgüterindustrie mit und verfügt über umfangreiche Kenntnisse in Lean, TPM und Manufacturing Excellence. Es werden fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Französischkenntnisse erwartet.
