You have an entrepreneurial mindset, a taste for challenges, and the drive to push yourself further.

You are a graduate in engineering or business (Master’s degree) and are motivated by ambitious goals.

You bring strong commercial skills and are excited by the idea of managing a real P&L.

You have at least 1.5 to 2 years of experience in the field and will be based alone in Zurich with the exciting challenge of developing the agency, supported by the Swiss Director.

You are fluent in German, French and English, with Swiss German being a strong advantage.

Your mission will be to:

• Identify potential clients, reach out to them, and create new business opportunities.
• Manage your own team of consultants!
