Aufgaben- Verantwortlich für die erfolgreiche Weiterentwicklung und Wachstum der Agentur
- Positionierung im Markt zur Förderung der Bekanntheit
- Generierung von New Business, Business Development
- Führung und Entwicklung des Teams
- Weiterbildung im Bereich Kommunikation / Marketing
- Erfahrung bei Kreativ- / Werbeagenturen (zwingend)
- Networkingpersönlichkeit
- Verhandlungsgeschick, unternehmerisches Denken
- Führungserfahrung
- Deutsch als Muttersprache (zwingend), gute Englischkenntnisse
