In dieser zentralen Rolle koordinieren Sie etwa 25 Mitarbeitende, agieren als Repräsentant/in auf nationaler Ebene und optimieren interne Prozesse, während Sie gleichzeitig die finanzielle Gesundheit des Verbandes sicherstellen. Die ideale Kandidatin oder der ideale Kandidat hat einen FH-Abschluss, umfassende Führungserfahrung und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, insbesondere in Deutsch.
Freude an Netzwerkpflege und Gestaltung sind ebenfalls von Bedeutung.
