We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to support a corporate restructuring project for a global luxury goods company. The ideal candidate will have strong international corporate experience hands‑on restructuring expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑regional teams and external counsel. This is a part‑time temporary position requiring regular on‑site presence in Zurich Switzerland. Fluency in English is essential for this role.

• Lead and support activities related to corporate restructuring including planning coordination and execution tasks.
• Manage and review merger processes including corporate approvals document preparation and regulatory checks.
• Conduct due diligence and evaluate legal risks associated with mergers and restructurings.
• Review and negotiate merger agreements and other transactional documents in collaboration with outside counsel across multiple regions.
• Coordinate and align with internal teams ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations of the corporate legal function throughout the project.
• Provide practical business‑oriented legal guidance to stakeholders in a fast‑moving international environment.

• 57 years of experience in corporate law ideally with exposure to international corporate structures.
• Proven corporate restructuring and transactional experience including mergers and due diligence.
• Strong ability to coordinate and collaborate across teams and jurisdictions.
• Professional working proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Qualified lawyer with an international background.
• Must be based in Zurich and able to work on‑site.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams with a pragmatic and solution‑oriented approach.
