Position: Legal Analyst (working student 50–100%)
Location: Zürich

  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and analyses of legal and commercial documents, such as NDAs, partnership agreements, and client contracts.

  • Tender Support: Assist in the preparation of public tenders, RFPs, and RFIs.

  • Compliance & Privacy: Support initiatives regarding our ISO certifications (27001 & 9001) and data protection (FADP/GDPR).

  • Legal Research: Investigate regulatory topics specific to the Tech and Digital Identity sectors (e.g., Swiss E- & eIDAS 2 regulations).

  • Legal Communication: "Translate" complex legal concepts into clear, understandable language for Marketing and non-legal stakeholders.

  • Daily Operations: Support the management team with administrative legal tasks and standard form contract amendments.

  • Optional: Be part of the contract negotiations and discussions with potential partners and clients.
