** Business Analyst – L&H Reinsurance – Contract
** We’re working with a leading reinsurance organisation in Zurich who are continuing to expand their Life & Health function. Following the successful closure of a first hire, they are now looking to appoint a second experienced Business Analyst to support ongoing initiatives across L&H Reinsurance, with a strong focus on Operations.

This role would suit someone who has hands-on experience within L&H Reinsurance Operations and has since transitioned into a Business Analyst role, working closely with both business and IT stakeholders.###
** Ideal background / Experience
** Zurich-based role (hybrid working)     Mandatory experience within Life & Health Reinsurance     Strong L&H Operations background required     Business Analysis / Change / Stakeholder Management focus###
** Day To Day Responsibilities
** Work closely with stakeholders across Life & Health Reinsurance     Analyse operational processes, business requirements, and data flows     Translate business needs into clear functional and technical documentation     Support change initiatives, system enhancements, and process improvements     Act as a key interface between Operations, IT, and project teams     Contribute to the successful delivery of L&H-focused initiatives###
** Ideal Background / Experience
** Proven experience as a Business Analyst within reinsurance or insurance     Mandatory hands-on exposure to L&H Reinsurance, ideally within Operations     Strong understanding of L&H processes (e.g. underwriting, claims, policy admin)     Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills     Experience working in complex, regulated environments     German language skills beneficial but not essential
