In order to strengthen our team in Zurich we are looking for a:

Senior Broker Property (m/f/d)

• Risk management and advice on coverage concepts for customers
• Carrying out tenders for national and international insurance programs
• Developing contract analyses, optimization options and insurance concepts
• Presenting negotiation results to customers
• Supporting sales in acquiring new customers and advising customers
• Negotiating with insurers
• Maintaining the insurer network
• Advising internal and external customers
• Working in project teams

• Training in the non-life insurance sector or commercial training with corresponding further training in the insurance sector (e.g., specialist certificate, ARM etc.)
• Several years of professional experience in the non-life insurance industry (insurer or broker)
• Experience in dealing with national and international insurance contracts
• Communicative and analytical personality with a solution and customer oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and in a dynamic and demanding environment, in a specialist team and with account executives
• Business fluent in German and English required, French is an advantage
