Die ideale Kandidatin oder der ideale Kandidat hat eine kaufmännische Ausbildung in der Versicherungswirtschaft, sehr gute Kenntnisse im Sachversicherungsbereich und ist stilsicher in Deutsch. Flexibilität, Verhandlungsgeschick und Belastbarkeit sind ebenfalls erwünscht.
