Job Description & How to Apply Below
Location: Zürich

Bug Bounty Switzerland is the leading Security Testing Hyperscaler. With our Cyber Resilience Platform, we help regulated enterprises in financial services, critical infrastructure, and government stay ahead of evolving threats.

We’re headquartered in Switzerland, trusted by some of the most security-conscious organisations in Europe, and scaling fast.

The Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to become the voice of Bug Bounty Switzerland across Linked In and beyond. You’ll own our social presence end-to-end - crafting original content that positions us as a leading authority in cybersecurity and Semantic Security Testing, building our brand with CISOs, security leaders, and the broader enterprise technology community.

This role sits at the intersection of brand, thought leadership, and pipeline. You’ll shape how the market perceives Bug Bounty Switzerland, build a compelling employer brand that attracts top talent, and drive social campaigns that support our sales efforts. You’ll report directly to the leadership team and have high autonomy to build the social function from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
Thought Leadership & Brand Voice

Develop and execute a Linked In content strategy that establishes Bug Bounty Switzerland as a leading voice in cybersecurity and Semantic Security Testing.

Create original posts, articles, and commentary for the company’s Linked In presence - turning industry trends, product insights, and customer outcomes into engaging content.

Build a sustainable content calendar with a mix of original thought pieces, industry commentary, customer stories, and behind-the-scenes content.

Repurpose long‑form content (whitepapers, webinars, speaking engagements) into social‑native formats that drive reach and engagement.

Monitor and engage in relevant industry conversations, ensuring Bug Bounty Switzerland is visible in the discussions that matter.

Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing

Build and execute an employer branding strategy that positions Bug Bounty Switzerland as a destination for top cybersecurity and tech talent.

Create content that showcases company culture, team stories, and the mission behind our work.

Support recruitment efforts through social campaigns, employee advocacy programs, and talent‑focused content.

Ensure consistency between our external brand promise and the internal employee experience we communicate.

Paid Social & Demand Generation

Plan and manage paid Linked In campaigns that support pipeline goals - promoting content, events, and gated assets to targeted enterprise audiences.

Collaborate with field marketing and product marketing to amplify events, launches, and campaigns through social channels.

Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, lead contribution) and optimise based on data.

Stay current on Linked In algorithm changes, B2B social trends, and emerging formats to keep our approach ahead of the curve.
