Head of Advisory Services – AI Transformation

Role Description

We are seeking for our client in the consulting industry a highly accomplished Senior Executive to lead and scale the AI Advisory Services practice. In this role, you will be at the forefront of digital innovation, helping highly regulated financial institutions navigate the intersection of AI & IT Transformation, Information Governance and IT Security.

You will drive high-margin service delivery team, lead product innovation, and oversee the strategic and operational expansion of the advisory team across Switzerland.

• Practice Leadership & Growth:
  Oversee daily operations, project management, and P&L for the regional Advisory practice, successfully scaling the team and multiplying revenue.
• Business Development:
  Drive sales and marketing of Information Governance and Generative AI services across the EMEA region.
• Strategic Advisory:
  Translate complex data architectures into actionable, strategic value for C-Level Executives, Compliance Officers, and General Counsels.
• AI & Innovation:
  Lead the design of automated workflows using AI technologies and guide clients through the entire AI solution lifecycle—from legal feasibility to technical implementation.
• Product Development:
  Support the roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and growth of recurring revenue service models and SaaS solutions.

• Proven Track Record: A seasoned leader with an extensive background in Consulting or technology firms.
• Deep Subject Matter Expertise:
  Strong focus on AI, IT-Transformation and Product Management. Experience working with Agentic AI concepts and solutions.
• Exceptional Network:
  Brings a proprietary network of decision-makers across the Swiss Banking sector to drive immediate business development opportunities.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset:
  Previous experience founding or scaling a consultancy/software company.
• Education:
  
  Advanced degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Administration
• Languages:
  
  Fluent in German and English required.
