Role

Summary:


Responsible for transforming workforce productivity data into clear, actionable insights using Power BI to improve operational efficiency and support leadership decision-making.

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards (data modeling, DAX, visual design).
• Analyze productivity, performance, and capacity data.
• Automate reports and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Finance to define KPIs and analytical requirements.
• Communicate findings clearly and in a business-oriented manner.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science
  , or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or workforce analytics.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Experience in Financial Services, Operations, Analytics, or similar industries.

• Effective communication
• Analytical thinking
