We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive the end-to-end integration of new products, enhancements, and issue remediation across both traditional banking operations and blockchain-based digital asset operations.

This is a global role spanning Switzerland, Singapore, and EU booking centers, and interfacing with multiple core banking systems and operational applications.

A core element of the mandate is to act as a Business Analyst for automation and operational scale, driving the integration of AI, RPA, and APIs into Banking Operations workflows. The objective is to reduce manual processing, strengthen controls, and improve performance.

You will be expected to progressively learn the underlying businesses to build independent judgment and domain understanding, enabling you to deliver high-quality analysis and execution without dependency the operational team.

Product & Operational Integration (Banking + Digital Assets):

Drive the operational integration of new banking and blockchain-based products, ensuring Day-1. Translate product strategy into executable operational frameworks, controls, and procedures.

New Product Approval & Program Increment Planning Management:

Coordinate Banking Operations participation in global processes, ensuring initiatives meet operational, compliance, and control standards across jurisdictions. Deliver structured readiness documentation and obtain formal sign-offs.

Fiat Payments Business Analysis:

Act as Business Analyst for domestic and cross-border payment rails, covering SEPA, SWIFT, RTGS, and correspondent banking integrations. Lead business analysis for the implementation of the new eBanking platform, with a specific focus on the Payments GUI, ensuring operational requirements are accurately translated into functional design and a seamless end-user experience.

Digital Asset & Blockchain Operations:

Support the integration of blockchain-based products into operational frameworks, covering custody flows, staking/unstaking, wallet operations, and token lifecycle events such as mint/burn. Ensure reconciliation logic and system integration across on-chain and off-chain environments.

Automation Enablement (AI, RPA, APIs):

Own the Business Analyst workstream for AI, RPA, and API-based automation across Banking Operations. Identify automation candidates, document as-is vs to-be processes, define functional requirements and success metrics, and partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Operational Readiness & Controls:

Own readiness checklist execution across SOPs, UAT coordination, regression testing, risk assessment, control definition, dashboard and RPA integration. Lead post go-live reviews and stabilization.
