We are supporting one of our clients in the region of Bern as they continue to strengthen their internal digital platforms. They are looking for someone who enjoys bringing structure, clarity and strong security principles into a complex SAP environment. This role combines technology, process optimisation and cross-functional collaboration with real influence on how their SAP landscape evolves in the coming years.

What you will take ownership of

• Designing and structuring access models across our SAP systems (from classical ERP/S4 to analytics, Fiori apps and cloud components).
• Steering the full lifecycle of roles, users, permissions and compliance requirements.
• Bringing fresh ideas to how we manage authorizations and continuously improving our internal processes and tools.
• Acting as a key contact for IT, business units and external stakeholders when authorization or security topics arise.
• Supporting audits and ensuring documentation, controls and validations are clean and up-to-date.
• Participating in ongoing SAP and business projects to define secure access setups.
• Handling operational topics such as incidents, change requests and system updates related to roles and permissions.

The experience were looking for

• A background in IT, computer science or a comparable technical path.
• Several years working hands-on with SAP access concepts, ideally in ERP/S/4 environments.
• Someone who enjoys analysing structures, solving problems and building pragmatic solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of quality.
• German at a very strong level (C1) plus comfortable English.
