Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer‑focused security professional to support MSP partners through technical leadership, solution implementation, and enablement. This role combines hands‑on engineering, partner training, and close collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive successful adoption of Check Point’s workspace and network security solutions at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations for MSP and MSSP prospects
  • Lead and support technical implementations, providing hands‑on assistance
  • Manage trials, evaluations, and proofs of value across large‑scale environments
  • Establish, document, and share best practices for deployment and troubleshooting
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to provide technical input for go‑to‑market initiatives
  • Represent email and collaboration security solutions at field events, including conferences, webinars, trade shows, and seminars
  • Respond to functional and technical requirements in RFEs, RFIs, RFPs, and SOWs
  • Design and deliver technical training programs for MSP partners
  • Act as a liaison between field teams and internal stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, and Support
  • Stay current on new product releases and ensure partners are enabled accordingly
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend product or process improvements
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key partner decision‑makers
Qualifications Professional Background
  • Proven experience in Sales Engineering, Security Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Technical Account Management, or Technical Success roles
  • Strong background working with MSP‑focused or multitenant environments
Technical Expertise
  • Workspace Security technologies, including:
  • Email security: threat detection, prevention, and troubleshooting across major cloud email platforms
  • Endpoint Protection and EDR/XDR: deployment, tuning, and incident response
  • Mobile Threat Defence for iOS and Android environments
  • Browser security and AI‑based phishing prevention, including browser isolation and inline AI threat protection
  • Deep knowledge of email authentication and mail flow technologies, including DMARC, DKIM, and SPF
  • Strong understanding of Hybrid‑Mesh Network Security architectures, including:
  • Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) and remote user protection
  • SMB network security using and multitenant MSP management workflows
Communication & Collaboration
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex security concepts into clear business value
  • Strong relationship‑building skills across partners and cross‑functional internal teams
  • Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with a passion for partner success
  • Fluent in English and German
Preferred Qualifications
  • CISSP or equivalent cybersecurity certification
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑velocity MSP environments
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for continuous learning, particularly in AI security, SASE, and multitenant could architectures.
