- Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives across IT outsourcing and BPO categories
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously in a client-facing environment
- Run complex, high-value tenders ranging from mid-sized engagements (~$1m) to large-scale global programs (up to $300m+) and occasionally exceeding $1bn
- Negotiate commercial and contractual terms to achieve optimal client outcomes
- Draft and structure contracts in line with standard terms and conditions
- Lead cross-functional deal teams and coordinate senior stakeholders
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships within the ITO/BPO ecosystem
- Provide market insights and category expertise to shape sourcing strategies
- Identify and implement savings and value-creation opportunities
- Mentor and support senior team members on complex sourcing initiatives
- University degree or equivalent professional qualification (MCIPS or similar desirable)
- Proven expertise in IT Outsourcing (ITO) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
- Demonstrated experience leading large, complex, multi-million global sourcing deals end-to-end
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
- Confident in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders in corporate environments
- Ability to structure complex deals and develop robust sourcing strategies
- Highly organized, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Experience working with leading sourcing tools and systems
- Strong communication skills;
German language skills are an advantage - Team-oriented, flexible, and comfortable operating in an international environment
