• Act as a trusted advisor to clients from strategy to operations, solving complex challenges with modern data stacks, cloud-enabled platforms, and machine learning/AI techniques.
• Form and lead multidisciplinary engagement teams that combine business, technology, and industry expertise to deliver tailored, end-to-end solutions.
• Collaborate with domain experts to drive digital transformation by automating processes, unlocking insights from documents and transactions, and building AI-powered tools that reshape how tax and legal services are delivered.
• Work with clients to define data and AI strategies, clarify technology needs, and craft compelling, technically grounded visions for their future data and AI landscape.
• Modernise clients' data environments using state-of-the-art architectures and best-practice implementation approaches and develop self-service analytics solutions with intuitive data and model visualisations that drive actionable insights.
• Discover and shape business development opportunities based on assessments of the current technology landscape and emerging trends, acting as a “data influencer” who drives continuous improvement and adoption of modern technologies within PwC.
• Contribute to and learn from a diverse, international team (85+ nationalities) working on projects in data analytics, machine learning, generative AI, and business intelligence for national and international clients across financial services, life sciences, consumer goods and other industries.

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer or Natural Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field; business education is a plus.
• 3+ years' experience delivering or implementing AI/data solutions in consulting, product, or research environments, with proven hands-on work in LLMs, machine learning, data engineering, or AI solution development.
• Expertise in at least one of: generative and non-generative AI, legal tech, tax tech, data quality and data management, or BI/analytics engineering, ideally including exposure to legal/tax topics such as legal processes, knowledge management and retrieval, risk evaluation, or compliance workflows.
• Proficiency in Python or a similar programming/scripting language (e.g. Type Script, JavaScript, Bash).
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify business development opportunities and design creative solutions using data and technology, plus prior experience in consulting or managing client/customer-facing relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex technological concepts and data insights to business stakeholders; strong team player and exceptional problem solver with a client-focused mindset and desire to keep learning.
• Fluency in German and English.
