Ein führender IT-Dienstleister in Zürich sucht einen Service Desk Mitarbeiter für den 1st Level Support. In dieser Rolle werden Kundenanfragen in Deutsch, Französisch, Italienisch und Englisch bearbeitet. Ideale Kandidaten verfügen über fundierte Erfahrung im IT Support, insbesondere im 1st Level Support, und besitzen sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 sowie Windows-Betriebssystemen. Ein vertrauter Umgang mit ITSM-Tools und Cloud-Technologien ist ebenfalls erforderlich.
