Legal Operations Specialist

Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension

We are seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to support the legal and eDiscovery function of our client, a global provider of compliance solutions. This role focuses on data-driven processes with a strong emphasis on technical eDiscovery operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining data integrity, supporting investigations and litigation matters, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the full eDiscovery lifecycle.

• Support end-to-end eDiscovery workflows, including data identification, preservation, collection, processing, review preparation, and production
• Perform data collections from various sources, including email systems, file shares, cloud platforms, and structured databases
• Execute and manage searches, filters, analytics, and queries within eDiscovery platforms
• Upload, organize, and maintain datasets within eDiscovery systems
• Assist with forensic data handling while ensuring data integrity and strict chain-of-custody standards
• Support administrative and operational eDiscovery tasks, including user management and workflow coordination
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Legal, IT, Compliance) to ensure accurate and timely data handling
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, workflows, and data activities to ensure auditability and compliance

• Proven experience in a technical eDiscovery or Legal Operations role
• Strong understanding of eDiscovery processes, best practices, and workflows
• Hands‑on experience with data collection, processing, and review preparation
• Working knowledge of Relativity (user or technical level; administrator certification not required)
• High level of attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple concurrent data streams
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a structured and deadline‑driven environment
• Fluency in English
