To support a banking transformation and data migration program. In this role, you will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure customer, account, and transactional data is accurately understood, mapped, and validated throughout the migration lifecycle.

• Gather and document business requirements for data migration across retail, corporate, payments, lending, and regulatory domains.
• Conduct data mapping between legacy and target banking systems, ensuring alignment with business rules and regulatory standards (KYC/AML, GDPR).
• Perform data quality analysis, identify gaps, and support remediation plans.
• Collaborate with migration developers, testers, SMEs, and compliance teams to ensure accurate and audit‑ready migration outcomes.
• Support reconciliation activities, business validation, and cutover readiness assessments.
• Create clear documentation such as process flows, requirement specifications, and user validation materials.

• Experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of banking products (accounts, payments, loans, deposits) and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret business rules, and collaborate with technical teams.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
