Senior Client Engagement Manager; GenAI in Finance – Individual Contributor

Defining how AI and finance work together — securely, intelligently, and  at Unique AIare building a highly secure generative AI platform, tailored for the financial sector. Utilizing GPT technology, we aim to revolutionize how enterprises manage their workload by offering automated solutions. Our mission is to simplify and optimize business interactions, negotiations, and partnerships in the finance sector.

We’re looking for a Client Engagement Manager (individual contributor) who combines technical expertise with customer-facing skills to provide GenAI solutions to our FSI Enterprise clientele.

• 8+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry
  , ideally as a (technical) consultant or product owner
• Master’s in business, computer science, engineering, or related field
• Fluent in English and German;
  French is a plus
• Willing to travel and work on client site 3–4 days/week (Switzerland and Europe)

• Customer-first mindset with the ability to gather, specify and prioritise requirements together with the customer
• Project management skills with a proven track record of end-to-end project delivery from discovery to implementation and evaluation.
• Excellent communications and presentation skills

• Hands‑on experience with LLMs (tool calling, low-level experimentation, prompt engineering)
• Proven experience
  developing and deploying GenAI solutions in production
• Experience in full-stack dev.:
  React and Typescript (front), Node.js and NestJS (back)

• Engaging with our customers to understand and ensure their needs are met
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering
