• You engage proactively with clients, performing in-depth analyses of their cloud technical implementations and translating insights into robust, actionable recommendations for improvement.
• You plan and execute all relevant Fin Ops domains and capabilities, tailoring them to each client's business needs – from organisations just starting with Fin Ops to those running mature practices that require advanced enhancements.
• You identify cost‑saving opportunities and design sound cost governance models that help clients control and continuously optimise their cloud spend and avoid unnecessary expenditures.
• You empower customers by recommending and implementing effective automation and Dev Ops best practices that facilitate and accelerate their Fin Ops adoption at scale.
• You design and deliver comprehensive trainings and workshops to enable and educate stakeholders across IT, finance and the business on Fin Ops principles and ways of working.
• You lead Fin Ops engagements end‑to‑end, advocate Fin Ops internally, and continuously update your knowledge of cloud, engineering and consulting best practices to ensure high‑quality delivery and a culture of continuous improvement.

• A university degree in fields such as business informatics, computer science, physics, mathematics, or any engineering discipline is preferred.
• You have hands‑on experience with at least one major public cloud, preferably Azure, and understand cloud architectures, services and Dev Ops concepts.
• You bring at least 2 years of practical Fin Ops experience and are comfortable working on cost optimisation, budgeting and reporting.
• You hold an advanced cloud certification (e.g. Architect or Engineer) and a Fin Ops certification, with concrete Fin Ops success stories.
• You have good communication skills to be customer‑facing, understanding their challenges well, and providing the right recommendations needed. That may include providing educational workshops and training in the domain of Fin Ops.
• Fluency in English and a willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally internationally;
  German language skills are considered a plus.
