About the job IT Service Desk Specialist (1st Level Support) – Zurich
Koality is currently partnering with a leading organization in Zurich to strengthen their IT Service Desk team.
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused IT Service Desk Specialist who thrives in a structured, ITIL-driven environment and enjoys supporting users in a dynamic, multilingual setup.
Your ImpactYou will be part of an established Service Desk team, acting as the first point of contact for internal users and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.
Your responsibilities will include:- Receiving, classifying, and resolving incidents & service requests
- Providing first-level support via phone and remote tools
- Working within ITIL-based processes (prioritization, documentation, escalation)
- Supporting internal business applications
- Maintaining and expanding the knowledge database
- Ensuring SLA compliance and high service quality
- Microsoft O365
- Windows Operating Systems
- Networking & VPN
- ITSM tools (e.g., Service Now)
- MS Azure (basic knowledge)
- AI-supported tools (e.g., Copilot)
- German – Fluent
- French – Fluent
- Structured and solution-oriented working style
- High digital affinity and solid Microsoft knowledge
- Experience in professional IT support environments
Hybrid setup:
On-site presence in Zurich during onboarding, with partial remote flexibility afterwards.
