Senior Client Engagement Manager; GenAI in Finance – Team Lead

Defining how AI and finance work together — securely, intelligently, and  at Unique AI are building a highly secure generative AI platform, tailored for the financial sector. Utilizing GPT technology, we aim to revolutionize how enterprises manage their workload by offering automated solutions. Our mission is to simplify and optimize business interactions, negotiations, and partnerships in the finance sector. We’re looking for a Senior Client Engagement Manager (team lead) who combines technical expertise with customer-facing skills to provide GenAI solutions to our FSI Enterprise clients.

• Engage with our customers to understand their needs, demonstrate Unique AI’s capabilities and adapt AI models to use cases through advanced prompt engineering
• Lead our European Customer Success team: coordinate cross-functional dependencies, remove blockers, solve client escalation, set priorities and run regular 1:1s
• Engage in presales activities and processes, including facilitating commercial agreements
• Prepare and present at Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

• 10+ years in Financial Services technical consulting
  , including 5+ years leading teams
• Master’s in business, computer science, engineering, or related field
• Fluent in English and German;
  French is a plus
• Willing to travel and work on client site 3–4 days/week (Switzerland and Europe)
• Client engagement specific requirements:
  Customer-first mindset with the ability to gather, specify and prioritise requirements together with the customer
• Project management skills with a proven track record of end-to-end project delivery from discovery to implementation and evaluation
• Excellent communications and presentation skills
• Technical specific requirements (at least one of three required):
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (tool calling, low-level experimentation, prompt engineering)
• Proven experience
  developing and deploying GenAI solutions in production
• Experience in full stack dev. React and Typescript (front), Node.js and NestJS (back)
