We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile Digital Solutions Project Manager (m/w/d) to join our local Digital Support Team and take responsibility for local and cross-border installation, support and maintenance of Steelco Belimed Digital Solutions with a focus on Connectivity, Traceability (ITS) and IoT.

depending on the location of the candidate, we are open to filling this position in any of our European countries. Preferred locations are Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Benelux or Nordic countries.

As a Project Manager within our Digital Team, you will work in a dynamic and socially relevant environment in the medical sector. You will be the leading Project Manager for implementation projects in the local area, as well as other worldwide locations as needed. You’ll serve as a point of contact for both customers and colleagues - bridging the gap between these two worlds.

With your proactive attitude and natural enthusiasm, you will contribute to smooth collaboration and implementation of our digital solutions.

• Serve as the primary after-sale customer interface during the implementation phase of a Steelco Belimed Digital project.
• Work directly with the customer to meet the exact requirements of the unique customer situation.
• Establish work assignments, timelines, completion requirements, and budgetary allowances for all assigned projects gaining customer acceptance, through signature, of those conditions.
• Manage implementation projects to the agreed upon timelines and budgets as approved by the customer by coordinating all implementation resources needed to complete each project according to the agreed upon plan.
• Inform customers of any time or cost overruns and coordinate plan to either accept and pay for overruns or revise projects to get back on-time and on-budget.
• Track final sign-off of projects and authorize archiving.
• Work with other parts of the Implementation/Support/Service teams to assign resources to projects.
• Assist in SLA creation, tender and offering process with local service organization and Steelco Belimed team.
• Act as an Steelco Belimed Digital Solution ambassador internally and externally.

• Bachelor’s degree (technical background is a plus)
• Higher technical education

• Minimum 5 years related experience in project management;
  Prince2 certified or willing to be certified
• Knowledge and experience with Infection Control products or willingness to learn
• Experience interpreting technical literature
• Experience in customer support and technical training is a plus

• Confident use of PC and standard office applications
• Very good user skills in Windows applications (Office, network tools, server environment)
• Experienced within IT Project Management is a plus

• Good knowledge of general healthcare and CSSD specific tools and working practices or willing to learn
• Project coordination and alignment with internal and external stakeholders
• Structured solution search using the technical documentation and software tools
• Previous background and experience in technology and/or healthcare
• Strong knowledge and experience in implementation, software systems, project management
