• Lead and support large-scale projects focusing on S/4
  
  HANA or SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) within Switzerland and internationally.
• Collaborate with clients to assess and enhance their master data governance processes, leveraging SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Guide clients from the conceptualization of initial ideas through to successful operational implementation, ensuring seamless integration of SAP MDG solutions.
• Design and enhance SAP standard software solutions, tailoring them to meet specific client needs and industry standards.
• Develop custom applications and integrate various software solutions to optimize client operations and data management strategies.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, IT, engineering, business information systems, or a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in process consulting and implementation of SAP solutions, with a focus on SAP Master Data Governance and a deep understanding of associated business processes.
• Proven expertise in implementing SAP MDG for Customer, Vendor, Material, or Financial domains, translating business process requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in process modeling, including entity and business activity changes, workflow design, data replication techniques, and master data conversion.
• Strong analytical skills with practical experience in process analysis and design across various industries.
• Fluency in English and German; additional languages are advantageous.
