Senior IT Business Consultant – D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management

We are partnering with a leading Swiss consultancy seeking a Senior IT Business Consultant – D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management to play a key role in enterprise-wide transformation programmes.

This position sits at the intersection of business strategy and technology
, supporting clients in optimising financial and supply chain processes through Microsoft Dynamics 365.

You will work closely with C-level stakeholders, finance leaders, and operations teams to design and deliver scalable, future‑ready ERP solutions.

• Lead end-to-end D365 Finance & SCM implementation projects
• Advise clients on business process optimisation across Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Production, and Supply Chain
• Translate business requirements into functional solution design
• Run executive workshops and steer stakeholder alignment
• Support system configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation optimisation
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout transformation journeys

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management
• Strong background in ERP implementation and business consulting
• Proven ability to lead workshops and manage senior stakeholders
• Deep understanding of finance and/or supply chain business processes
• Fluent German (mandatory) and strong English skills
• Experience working in Swiss or DACH markets is highly desirable
