T24 Test Analyst - SGI

Project Description

We are seeking a Test Analyst with strong hands-on Systems Integration Testing (SIT) experience to support a major T24 transformation within a leading Financial Services institution. The role requires deep testing expertise in complex banking environments, with a particular focus on Structured Products and OTC workflows.

Location: Zürich

Set-up: hybrid with 3-4 days on-site

Workload percentage: 100%

This requires a tester who understands banking processes, operational dependencies, data lineage, and the impact of defects on downstream functions.

• Conduct risk-based test analysis, planning, design, and execution within the SIT phase for a large-scale T24 transformation
• Evaluate functional and technical requirements, collaborating closely with business analysts, developers, architects, and product owners
• Execute SIT test cases across multiple platforms including Temenos T24, front-end channels (React, Java GUI), middleware, APIs, and back-end systems
• Validate booking flows and lifecycle events for Structured Products and OTC instruments
• Manage defects through Jira and XRAY, ensuring clear documentation, root cause clarity, and traceability
• Contribute to decision-making on test automation feasibility and optimal test levels for automation
• Support test automation initiatives using tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, Playwright, Cypress, or STEP
• Align with Agile delivery practices, actively participating in ceremonies and cross-team collaboration
• Provide proactive risk identification, mitigation proposals, and continuous quality improvements

• Experience testing large, multi-system programmes with complex integration landscapes
• Hands-on T24 testing experience (e.g., AA, Core Banking, Payments, Securities, Treasury)
• Working knowledge of test automation tools (Selenium, Cucumber, Playwright, Cypress, STEP)
• Proficiency testing across multi-layer architectures:
  • React / Java-based UIs
  • API / integration layers
  • Databases
  • Middleware and batch processes
• Strong background in Banking or Wealth Management environments
• Practical understanding of Structured Products, OTC derivatives, and lifecycle events
• Strong analytical skills, structured communication, teamwork, and problem solving

• Skilled in Jira and XRAY for test management
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery models (Scrum/SAFe)
• Strong risk-based testing mindset
