Azure Administrator Databricks

Zurich Capability Center is looking for AZURE PLATFORM ENGINEER Basic

• English communication skills advanced (Mandatory)
• Experience working with, managing, optimizing Azure cloud PaaS services- AI/ML/Analytics, Databases, Monitor, Storage, Entra AD/Azure IAM/RBAC, Logic/Function Apps, App services/App service plans)
• Experience working as Azure Databricks workspace admin, including Unity Catalog metastore administration, using Databricks REST API, securing and preparing Databricks for scalable usage
• Experience working with Azure Dev Ops, CI/CD build and release pipelines, governing organizations, projects, and project access control
• Experience as Linux admin, OS patching, server migration, vulnerability management
• Experience with supporting and collaborating with data engineers, data scientists, solution architects, business and data analysts (platform end users)
• Understanding of and familiarity with various data-based products- AI and machine learning solutions, data curation pipelines, Power BI dashboards, front end data applications
• Languages:
  
  Bash, Python, SQL, YAML

• Experience working with Snowflake as platform admin/engineer, managing platform, securing and preparing Snowflake for scalable usage
• Experience developing Terraform scripts and modules, working with Terraform providers (Azure, Databricks, Snowflake)
• Ability to communicate best practices for platform design and usage, translate best practices into visual diagrams
