Senior Product Specialist – Pricing Tools & Digital Solutions ou

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Together with Bank internal Product Owner, take the lead on replacing an old pricing process tool with a new cutting-edge re-pricing tool, ensuring the new tool is innovative, business-driven and covering stakeholder needs

• Your Main Focus - Pricing Tool Design & Specifications:
  Independently capture functional and non-functional requirements for tool specifications. Document preconditions, actions, and expected results. Translate high-level needs into concise user stories, defining clear & testable conditions that must be met for it to be considered complete (incl. edge cases and error handling)

• Content-lead in Agile Ceremonies for your Elaborated Specifications:
  Clarify requirements & sprint goals and provide feedback to development team. Maintain and prioritise the product backlog ensuring items are clearly defined, well-groomed, ordered based on value

• Data Analytics & Insights:
  Autonomously analyse pricing / user data to take fact-based decisions for feature and business process specifications

• Solution Quality Assurance:
  Take ownership of functional testing and accept/reject work delivered by the development team, ensuring the tool delivers against business expectations and creates measurable value

• Support Strategic Communication & Planning:
  Drive senior management and stakeholder alignment through meaningful presentations & materials to sign-off on final specification

• At least 6 years of professional experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Management Consulting, with a strong focus on financial services pricing, tool development & processes, transformation & implementation projects

• In-depth knowledge of wealth management, banking operations, and specifically pricing in the banking sector

• Strong interest in product design, digital solution delivery and documenting business specifications

• Proven ability to collaborate across technical and business functions

• Hands-on and problem-solving, taking ownership of project delivery and content creation, bringing ideas to life

• Analytical and solution-oriented with strong technical curiosity

• Technical skills:
  Solid understanding of pricing operations in different core banking systems. Experience with HOST/T24 is a plus

• Fluent in English (written and spoken);
  German an advantage

• Ability to work onsite in Zurich
