The Technical Project Manager will manage and coordinate projects and initiatives that support engineering teams responsible for Workplace technology covery client operating system, Microsoft 365, collaboration and voice- and mobile solutions. The role ensures timely delivery, stakeholder management, and quality across multiple technology domains##
** YOUR CHALLENGE
*** Plan, track, and report on projects and initiatives in the digital workplace area
* Ensure alignment with engineering teams and business stakeholders
* Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives
* Act as a liaison between engineering teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders
* Prepare documentation, project plans, and status reports
* Ensure projects adhere to internal security, compliance, and regulatory standards##
** YOUR PROFILE
*** Skilled in planning, executing, and closing projects using methodologies like Agile or Waterfall
* Ability to engage and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders at all levels
* Experience in driving adoption and managing organizational change for digital workplace solutions
* Proficient in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues
* Capable of managing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation efficiently
* Skilled in managing third-party vendors and service providers for technology delivery
* Ability to analyse workflows and implement improvements to enhance productivity and collaboration
* Understanding of data protection, compliance requirements, and security best practices in digital environments in a regulated industry
* Strong skills in preparing clear status reports, and presenting to leadership
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a data-driven approach
* Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills; ability to work in cross-functional teams
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
* Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications or equivalent professional experience is highly desirable
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, collaboration platforms (Cisco Webex and Call Manager, Voice Recording, SharePoint, Confluence, etc.), and endpoint management tools
* Fluent in German (C2) and English (B2)
