** That’s the job – Your main tasks**
* ** Digital Transformation Leadership:
** Drive clients' digital transformation by identifying and implementing innovative R&D solutions, with a focus on Clinical and Pharmacovigilance.
* ** Project Management & Team Leadership:
** Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality consulting services. Foster a collaborative, digitally-driven team culture that promotes innovation and continuous improvement.
* ** Digital Tools Adoption:
** Guide clients in adopting and integrating advanced digital tools and platforms, ensuring smooth implementation and maximizing value.
* ** Advisory on Digital Strategy & Transformation:
** Provide strategic guidance on digital transformation initiatives, helping clients develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies aligned with regulatory and pharmacovigilance objectives. Support clients throughout their transformation journey, ensuring seamless integration of new technologies and processes.#
** This job is for you, if you bring**
* ** Experience in System & Process Transformation:
** 3+ years of experience in implementing transformative system and business processes in areas such as CTMS, eTMF, RIM, QMS, CDMS and PV, preferably with Veeva Vault or equivalent high-impact transformation initiatives.
* ** Expertise in Data & AI Use Cases:
** Proven experience in designing and implementing Data & AI Use Cases in R&D.
* ** Life Science Consulting & Industry Network:
** 3+ years of consulting experience in Life Science with a strong industry network.
* ** Outstanding Communication

Skills:

** Excellent ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
* ** Industry & Client Impact:
** Passion for shaping the Industry within Eraneos and delivering value for clients and patients.#
** As the icing on the cake, you bring along
*** Veeva White Belt Certification.
* Hands-on experience in clinical trials, such as serving Clinical Trial Leader or Assistant.
* Experience in digital strategies, data governance, or master data management#
