The Business Analyst for Deposit Offering drives the strategic development of Julius Baer’s deposit products, focusing on IT enablement and operational transformation. You will assess current processes and systems, identify gaps, and define the target state for deposit product delivery across all markets.

• Define the target state and drives the implementation of deposit product solutions, ensuring alignment with IT architecture, business strategy, and cross-market scalability

• Perform current-state assessments using quantitative and qualitative data to map processes, systems, and integrations; highlight capability gaps, bottlenecks, and risks in deposit front to back process and reporting

• Lead end-to-end product changes from requirements gathering to go-live in close collaboration with IT, operations, and control functions

• Conduct data and process assessments to identify gaps and define roadmap priorities for system enhancements and integrations

• Ensure seamless integration of deposit solutions with core banking platforms, promoting automation, efficiency, and compliance

• Act as the primary owner for product, pricing, and process changes, coordinating cross-functionally with IT, Risk, Compliance, Treasury, and Sales

• Monitor performance and market trends to initiate technology-led improvements and prioritize deliverables based on strategic value and feasibility

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, product development, or a related field within the banking or financial services industry

• Proven track record of developing and managing successful projects and/or product developments

• Strong understanding of banking IT systems, particularly core banking

• Experience in defining target operating models and leading solution design

• Proven track record in end-to-end delivery of product and process changes

• Skilled in requirements gathering, system integration, and change management

• Ability to conduct IT and process gap assessments and derive actionable roadmaps

• Analytical mindset with focus on scalability, automation, and operational efficiency

• Commercial awareness with ability to balance client needs, profitability, and funding goals

• Communication and stakeholder management skills

• Team-oriented, able to collaborate with highly qualified, technically minded staff

• Business fluency in English
