Business Analyst/Project Manager Regulatory Responsibilities
- Business analyst and Project Manager of risk and regulatory Change the Bank (CtB) projects focussing on advisory / suitability processes and Markets regulations (e.g. trade reporting)
- Drive and support the E2E implementation
- Business analysis and requirements specification
- Guide and manage testing and rollout
- Several years of experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager in the international banking industry
- Experience in regulatory implementations (including reporting obligations) required by FIDLEG, MiFID, MiFIR, Finfrag, EMIR, SEC, FCA, etc.
- Good grasp of products and trading systems/processes
- IT flair and understanding of the SDLC and agile delivery model
- Strong command over MS Office and project management tools such as Confluence, Jira, etc.
- Experience in international private banking
- Able to work independendly in a global team setup
- Take ownership of initiatives, with a highly motivated and positive attitude
- Fast learner and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Multi-tasking capabilities, good communication/coordination skills to deal with different levels of stakeholders
